Rebirth Guide

Rebirth is the long-term multiplier in Speed Aqua Keyboard Escape. You hit a level (or Speed) gate, press Rebirth, your current Speed dumps, and every future step is worth more. Players hate the dump, delay the button, and then wonder why a friend who rebirth’d three times is already on a later island. This guide is when to reset, what usually persists, and how Aqua fits the Keyboard Escape ladder. Pair it with how to get Speed and the tier list.

What a rebirth spends and keeps

Usually spent: raw Speed, sometimes the visible level.

Usually kept: Trails, Auras, game passes, Wins, rebirth count, badges.

Sometimes spent: queued gifts you have not clicked. That is why group rewards tell you to join early and claim late.

If Aqua diverges, the toast will say so. After your first rebirth, note whether Trails stayed equipped. If they did, the family rules apply. If they did not, re-equip before you walk — a naked rebirth feels broken and is just an unequip.

Family ladder (verify in-game)

The candy original’s early table is a planning tool, not Aqua gospel:

RebirthTypical levelTypical multiplier
115x1.5
225x2
340x2.5
460x3
575x3.5
6100x4
10200x10
11+225+jumps hard (x100 and up on candy)

Aqua may compress or rename this. Copy the level number on your Rebirth button, not this table, into a note. The policy is identical regardless of numbers: if the button is available, take it unless you are 10 seconds from claiming a huge gift.

Late candy rebirths (x1M, x1B) exist to keep whales on a belt for a weekend. You do not need them to enjoy Aqua’s tsunami course. You need the first five.

Why waiting is a trap

Speed you earn right below the gate is multiplied forever after the reset, but you also delay every future tick. The first rebirths are so cheap that the delay costs more than the extra dump. Exception: a 15k code or group gift you have not claimed — claim after Rebirth 2, as the codes hub notes. Exception two: an admin-abuse window that is already live and will end in five minutes. Ride the window, then rebirth.

Session template

  1. Check the Rebirth button on login.
  2. If it is ready and no gift is pending, press it immediately.
  3. Re-equip Trail/Aura.
  4. Run a short course so you feel the new step size.
  5. Belt or loop Wins (how to farm Wins) until the next gate.
  6. Repeat.

Auto-rebirth scripts exist (auto farm). They are useful on alts and catastrophic if they fire at level 0 or during a tween. Prefer the manual button until you trust the GUI.

Racing after a rebirth

You will look slow on the leaderboard for a few minutes. That is expected. Do not panic-buy Robux Trails to “look fast.” The multiplier is working even while the counter is small. Racers who skip rebirths to keep a pretty number lose the next island. Read racing if you care about placement and still rebirth on time.

If the button never appears

You are under the level gate, or Aqua hid rebirth behind a menu. Check left HUD tabs. If the live build truly has no rebirth (possible on a thin clone), then Trails and belts are the whole curve — lean harder on the tier list and ignore this page until the changelog says otherwise. The 30 August republish is the last known update; rebirth UI changes would land there.

New files should still follow getting started and not chase Rebirth 20 on day one. The tsunami does not scale with your ego. Your multipliers should.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for tsunami runs, Speed, and Roblox codes.

Do I lose Trails when I rebirth?

In this genre, no. You lose Speed. Re-equip if the slot cleared, then keep playing.

When should I rebirth?

The moment the button is available, unless a large unclaimed gift would be wiped.

Why is my Speed lower after rebirth?

That is the reset. The multiplier on future steps is the reward. It should climb faster than before.

Are the level numbers exact for Aqua?

They are the candy-family defaults. Trust the in-game Rebirth tooltip over this table.
