Speed Aqua Keyboard Escape Aqua Map and Course Layout
Letter keys, water gaps, lobby belts, and pads. No Candy World 3 table.
Speed Aqua Keyboard Escape does not publish a public stage spreadsheet. Thumbnails and the live place show a water-blue keyboard ribbon, WASD platforms over open sea, shell props, and +1 pickups. This page is the layout you can actually see. Exact candy stage counts (15 / 15 / 10 across worlds) belong to another place ID. Do not memorize them for Aqua.
Pieces of the map
- Spawn / lobby. Shop, Code, Gift, and — if present — the free treadmill. This is the only reliable AFK zone (AFK Speed).
- Lettered key fields. QWERTY-style blocks. Steps here add Speed. Stay on letters (how to play).
- WASD islands. Large A / S / W / D pads over water, often with starfish and shells in the official shots. Gaps between them are the early skill check.
- Safe pockets. Flat spots after an island. Reward pads usually sit here. Touch them for Wins (how to farm Wins).
- Tsunami / water fail. Below and sometimes behind the ribbon. Stall and it catches you (tsunami escape).
Rainbow trails in the hero screenshot are cosmetics on top of this mesh, not extra floors.
How to read a new island
- From the pocket, look at the next letters and the water line.
- If the gap is wider than your current Speed, train on a belt or run laps on the previous island. Do not donate attempts.
- Prefer the fat key, not the decorative shell.
- The pad is behind you after a finish more often than it looks. Turn around before you teleport.
Teleports, if Aqua copied the family board, cost Wins or Robux. Skip only a ribbon you already out-speed. Paying to land on an island you cannot finish is a hobby.
Worlds and galaxies
Candy & Chocolate grew into World 1–3 and extra galaxies. Aqua’s listing does not advertise those names. If your HUD shows a World tab, use it and ignore this sentence. If it does not, the whole game is one wet keyboard. We will log a World 2 on the changelog when the HUD says so — not because a candy wiki has one.
Pickups and props
+1 and +7 stickers in screenshots are Speed pops, not extra lives. Shells and starfish are scenery. Running them without a click usually means you left the mesh (sounds).
Multiplayer on the map
22 players share the same keys. Narrow WASD blocks become queues. Leave a key of space. If a pack is blocking a jump, wait half a second — the tsunami punishes the pack first. Racing and the leaderboard explain when to care about other people.
Sketch the first three islands on paper if you die in the same gap twice. A wiki cannot replace your line of sight. The how to play loop plus this map is enough: lobby, letters, pad, wave. Everything else is a shop or a rebirth.
If a teleport board appears, write the Wins cost next to the pad payout before you skip. Negative expected value is how people go broke. The tier list still beats a skip you cannot finish.
Walk the map you have, not the map a different Keyboard Escape sold you. Aqua is water and letters. Stay on the letters.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for tsunami runs, Speed, and Roblox codes.
How many stages does Aqua have?
Not published. Do not use Candy World 1–3 counts. Count pads on your HUD.
Where is the lobby treadmill?
Usually near spawn with the shop. If you cannot find it, the early keys are your trainer. See treadmills.
Are shells part of the course?
Mostly scenery. If Speed does not tick and you hear water, you left the lettered keys.
Is there a World 2?
Not in the public listing. If a World tab appears in-game, use it and check the changelog.
